We know he's out there, somewhere! Sometimes he's hard to spot ... he can be very subtle. He'll hide beneath a thin veneer of crusted grain. He'll sometimes be buried deep within the cone of an undisturbed grain pile. He's very patient and he's a master at disguise. If you're not careful, he could be hiding in any of your stored grain, but he's especially fond of canola.

Would you do your part in getting rid of this menace? Check your bins. If you find him, or the telltale signs that he's been there, and may be lurking nearby, then take immediate action! (you'll probably be able to smell him ... he often smells like corn silage) If you haven't run your aeration fans long enough, do it now (we know that Bin Heatin' does not like the cold air!). If you don't have aeration, you will have to at least take a load out to get the core of the grain pile moving (we also know that Bin Heatin' does not like to be disturbed!). Be very careful, he moves quickly and can easily take out your entire stored crop.

Your next step is to call Zeghers Seed Inc. at (204)526-2145 or e-mail us at sales@zeghersseed.com ..... we are willing to pay a reward for canola or flax that has been damaged by this dastardly villain!!
